Redesigned Cintas’s legacy Co-Pilot app to modernize outdated workflows and improve usability for field reps. Led research, stakeholder sessions, and UX for the app’s most complex flows, resulting in higher user satisfaction and driving Cintas to request additional design initiatives after launch.
